- Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next working day.

- Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days depending on location and courier availability.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges apply based on location and weight.
- Free delivery offers may apply during special promotions or for minimum order amounts (if applicable).
4. Delivery Partners
- We use trusted local couriers for all shipments.
- A tracking number or confirmation message will be provided once your order is dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in selected locations.
- Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel and make the full payment upon delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters or public holidays
- Courier-related delays
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

7. Order Issues or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within Bangladesh.
